LOUISVILLE, KY-Savills has completed the sale of a retail center in Louisville. One of Savills' institutional-investor clients has paid $78 million for the Springhurst Towne Center.
A partnership headed by D. Talmadge Hocker from the Hocker Group was the seller of the retail complex, which measures 830,000 square feet. Savills negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.
