LONDON-Stena Realty has acquired Renown House at 33-34 Bury and Holland House at 1 - 4 Bury Street in London from a Local Authority Pension Fund controlled by Aberdeen Asset Management. Holland House, developed in 1916, contains 50,000 square feet of office space and Renown House, which sits beside Holland House, contains roughly 5,300 square feet of office space.
