LONDON-Helical Bar plc has acquired Broadway House, a 35,000-square-foot property at 1/15 King Street in Hammersmith, for GBP 14.1 million. The property was sold by Joint Fixed Receivers.
A UK lending bank provided a GBP 9.17-million loan for the acquisition. Broadway House contains retail space on the ground floor and office space on the four upper floors.
