BALTIMORE-A two-story office building, situated close to Baltimore's Inner Harbor, will be sold at an auction on Wednesday. The 18,500-square-foot property at 6-14 S. Gay St. was part of Blair L. Barton's estate.
The property was built in the early 1900s as a firehouse and in 1984 it was converted into an office building. In 1997, the building was renovated again to accommodate Baltimore City College. The opening bid for the property is $750,000. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
