BUFFALO, NY-Belmont Housing Resources will develop a new 50-unit senior apartment complex on the East Side neighborhood of Buffalo. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development will provide $8 million in grant to help Belmont construct the new senior housing property on E. Ferry Street.
The three-story building will contain single-bedroom apartments. Amenities in the complex include a computer room, a management office, small lounge and a community room. Construction is scheduled to begin soon. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
