
BUFFALO, NY-An investment company based in Pennsylvania has bought a new development on Chautauqua Lake. As reported by the Jamestown Post-Journal, Northwest Capital Inc. has acquired the Bemus Bay Condominiums.
Bemus Bay Investments was the seller of the condominiums on Chautauqua Lake. Northwest Capital bought two buildings, the Columbian and the Browning, from Bemus Bay Investments. Both buildings are entitled after hotels that stood on the site before. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
