MINNEAPOLIS-Sherman Associates will break ground on a multifamily property along Hiawatha Avenue in Minneapolis. The Longfellow Station project will contain 180 apartment units.
The mixed-use project will come up at 3815 Hiawatha Ave. Besides apartment units, the project will contain 10,000 square feet of retail and commercial space in a single-story building near the four-story apartment building.
