NEW YORK CITY-The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is opening its fourth Manhattan outpost. The Southern California-based chain has signed a lease for 12 years with Celestial Seven for 1,100 square feet at 189 Bleecker St. located at MacDougal Street in Manhattan.
