ABERDEEN, MD-Frankel Properties is planning to start construction later this year on a retail center in Harford County. The 70,000-square-foot shopping center will come up beside Aberdeen Proving Ground at Maryland Routes 40 and 715.

The 10-acre project, called Aberdeen Station, will include a mix of tenants such as a food store, bank, sit-down restaurants and a convenient store/fuel station. KLNB Retail's Adam Miller and Patrick A.M. Miller will oversee leasing. The project is scheduled to be finished in 2013. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
