HOUSTON-Two boutique office buildings have changed hands in the Museum District. Hansen Partners has sold the two buildings, situated in the Campanile complex, to affiliates of Equitas Commercial Real Estate Holdings LLC.
The Houston-based company developed the five-story office building measuring 27,000 square feet at 4119 Montrose in 2003 and the six-story building measuring 52,500 square feet at 4203 Montrose in 2007. Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets' Rudy Hubbard, along with Leah Gallagher, negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
