SAN DIEGO-Torrey Pines Bank has inked a seven-year lease for an office space in Del Mar Heights. The commercial bank has expanded its office space to 27,834 square feet at 12220 El Camino Real.
The new lease deal is appraised at $8 million. Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial broker Dave Odmark represented the tenant in the deal.
