NEW YORK CITY-American Icon has leased 3,200 square feet of space at 277 Fifth Ave. The leased space includes a 1,000-square-foot basement storage.
The Fifth Avenue property, owned by Mirsal LLC, is located on the north side of Madison Square Park. American Icon opened a spot at 360 Broadway in TriBeca last June.
