CHICAGO-Amli Residential, which is building apartments in Evanston and River North, is planning to develop its third local project. The Chicago-based developer has reached a deal to purchase a 3.5-acre lot at the southwest corner of Polk and Clark streets in South Loop from AvalonBay Communities Inc. for an apartment project.
The two-tower, 398-unit apartment project is designed by Canadian architecture firm NORR. It will comprise two L-shaped 11-story structures with nearly 275 parking spaces. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
