DALLAS-Centerline Capital Group hired Vic Clark as a managing director for the southwest region. In his new position, Clark will operate locally, and will build a team that will focus on agency lending and developing capital financing strategies to help fund multifamily property acquisitions.
Clark joins Centerline from Walker & Dunlop in Dallas where he spent two years as a senior vice president, responsible for the central region. Prior to Walker & Dunlop, he was a managing director and co-head of national production at Column Financial, Inc./Credit Suisse in Dallas. He spent fourteen years there in various roles culminating in a national role responsible for loan origination, production, and business development.
Earlier in his career Clark was a managing partner at Don & Clark, a real estate research and consulting firm; a senior consultant at Newmarket Consulting Group and a senior accountant at Price WaterhouseCoopers. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern California, is a certified public accountant (CPA), and is a member of the Appraisal Institute, MAI.

HOUSTON-CubeSmart acquired a 534-unit, 47,585-square-foot self-storage facility at 1019 West. Steve Mellon with Grubb & Ellis Co.’s Houston office and Pete Williams with Grubb & Ellis’ Memphis office represented seller Midtown Self Storage.
LEASING ASSIGNMENTS
DALLAS- Phil Rosenfeld and Greg Grainger with Colliers International’s Dallas office has been retained by the Monit organization to manage and lease more than 1.1 million square feet of industrial, warehouse, showroom and flex spaces throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The Monit portfolio in North Texas consists of eighteen buildings located in the Great Southwest Industrial, Brookhollow, East Fort Worth and DFW Airport Industrial submarkets, including:
- Regal Business Center (4639, 4747 and 4757 Irving Blvd.), a three-building flex project in Dallas with a total of 150,566 square feet.
- Regal Industrial Center (4560, 4647, 4653, 4656 Leston Ave.), a four-building, 380,084 total square foot warehouse project in Dallas.
- DFW Air Freight (1200, 1220, 1240 Texan Trail), a three-building air freight center in Grapevine, TX totaling 113,665 square feet.
HOUSTON-UCR moodyrambin PAGE was awarded the leasing assignment of Kirkwood Key Shopping Center at 11980 Westheimer Rd. The 100,709-square-foot shopping center is anchored by Sports Authority, Half Priced Books, and Specs Liquor. David Wise and Elliott Bridger of UCR moodyrambin PAGE will be handle project leasing for the center.
PHOENIX-Darren Tappen, Mike Kasulaitis, and Aric Adams of Voit’s Phoenix office have been selected by property owner Westport Capital Partners to market Pinnacle Park Business Center, a 123,544 square-foot industrial property at 1125 W. Pinnacle Peak Rd.
LEASING
CASA GRANDE, AZ-Mid-States Services, a wholesale-retail distributor, leased 114,000 square feet at Central Arizona Distribution Center. Cushman & Wakefield’s Mark Detmer, Bo Mills, Will Strong and Jackie Orcutt represented landlord Clarion Partners. Josh Wyss of Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial served as tenant broker in the long-term lease, which carries an aggregate value of nearly $2.6 million.
CARROLLTON, TX- Scholastic Inc. renewed 5,805 square feet of flex industrial space at 2270 Springlake Dr. Brian Pafford, Jason Miller and Shawn Hall with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated a direct deal on behalf of the landlord, CIVFI-TX1W18 and TX1W19 LP.
DALLAS-R.W. Baird recently renewed its 8,407-square-foot lease at 5950 Berkshire Lane. John T. Amend and B.D. Amend represented R.W. Baird in this transaction. The landlord was represented by Scott Walker with Transwestern.
FARMERS BRANCH, TX- Lundy Services Inc. renewed 7,404 square feet of flex industrial space at Northway Business Center, 3210 Belt Line Rd. Brian Pafford and Jason Miller with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated a direct deal on behalf of the landlord, CIVFI-TX1W17 LP.
GRAND PRAIRIE, TX- Teledrift Inc. signed a 10,346-square-foot lease in a renewal and expansion, adding 5,033 square feet of flex industrial space at Westfork Center Building B, 1515 Avenue S. Michael W. Spain and Jim Ferris with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated a direct deal on behalf of the landlord, DCT-TX 2004 RN.
HOUSTON-Kelbro Inc. leased a 19,000-square-foot warehouse at 7505 Prairie Oak. The landlord, Capital Commercial Investments, was represented by John Ferruzzo of NAI Houston. Jay Legg of HPI Corporate Services represented the tenant in the transaction.
IRVING, TX- Resolve Collection Corp. renewed 4,805 square feet of office space at the Meridian, 1425 Greenway Dr. Joe Santaularia of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services and Curt Linn, formerly with Bradford, represented the tenant. Jon Altschuler and Rebecca Rambie of Altschuler & Co. represented the landlord.
KATY, TX-Mademoiselle's Shoe Emporium leased 1,195 square feet in Morton Ranch Shopping Center at 3111 North Fry Rd. The landlord, United Partners Group LLC, was represented by Brian Kaplan and Trey Lipsitz of NAI Houston.
