ALEXANDRIA, VA-Urban Turf has reported that construction of The Exchange at Potomac Yard's first 323 residences is scheduled to begin in Q2 2012. The Exchange at Potomac Yard is a mixed-use project that will have a total area of 1.9 million square feet.
The mixed-use development will comprise a town center with roughly 800,000 square feet of hotel and office space, 534 residences, nearly 100,000 square feet of retail space and two hotels containing 625 rooms. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
