PHOENIX-Beverly Hills, California-based Archway Holdings Corp. has acquired three medical office buildings located in the Phoenix metro area for a total amount of $14.5 million. The company bought the 101 Medical Office Center located at 9250 W. Thomas Road from McShane Corp. for $8.6 million.
Archway acquired a note secured by two buildings at 6550 E. Broadway Road and 6553 E. Broadway Road in Mesa for $5.9 million. Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented McShane in the Thomas Road deal and Archway in both deals. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
