WEST BEND, WI-Marla Morris-Kennedy has purchased a West Bend building, which has been leased to Walgreens, for $6.75 million. The retail investor has acquired the Walgreens located at the northeast corner of North 18th and West Washington streets from a company connected with The Redmond Co. of Waukesha.
