NEW YORK CITY-Borghese, a beauty and cosmetics company, will shift its headquarters from 10 E. 34th Street. The company has leased 8,000 square feet or the entire 20th floor of an office building located at 3 E. 54th Street to house its headquarters. The lease runs for 10 years.
Cohen Bros. is the owner of the building. Asking rent for the building is $50 per square foot.
