NEW YORK CITY-Carl Icahn has renewed his lease on the 47th floor of the General Motors Building at 767 Fifth Ave. The famed corporate raider has signed the two-year lease renewal deal for 25,000 square feet of space in the 2,000,000-square-foot building.
Asking rent in the 60-story building was $178 per square foot. Boston Properties is the owner of the General Motors Building. Carl Icahn and Boston Properties had in-house representation in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
