BUFFALO, NY-Courtyard by Marriott has signed an agreement to place a 96-room hotel in the old Gen. Donovan State Office Building. The hotel will occupy the second, third and fourth floors of the building while Phillips Lytle LLP will take the upper four floors.
Buffalo Lodging Associates, a subsidiary of Benderson Development Co., has brought the Courtyard by Marriott to the Canalside building. The hotel is expected to be opened in late 2013. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
