TUCSON, AZ-Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC and Landmark Properties has just started construction on the Retreat at Tucson, a 774-bed student housing project in Tucson. The development partners are building the cottage-style residential property for students attending University of Arizona.
The 21-acre project will comprise 183 domiciles. Financing for the development has been provided by Wells Fargo. Collegiate Construction, an affiliate of Landmark, is the general contractor of the project. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
