NEW YORK CITY-Eric Kayser, a French artisan baker, has inked a lease for a 1,500-square-foot space of the lower level and a 3,300-squre-foot space on the ground at 1294 Third Avenue. The in-line shop at the co-op's base at 175 E. 74th Street has a 50-foot prominent frontage. Asking rent for the deal was $175 per square foot.

In the deal, Prudential Douglas Elliman's Rick Dana brokered for the co-op board, while Newmark Knight Frank's Davie Berke and Paul Berkman brokered for the tenant. For the full story, go to New York Post .
