HOUSTON-KBS Real Estate Investment Trust Inc. has sold an office property at 2200 West Loop South to Miami-based Parmenter Realty Partners for an undisclosed price. The 202,000-square-foot building is situated next to the Intercontinental Hotel in the Galleria area.
The office building, constructed in 1974 and refurbished in 2000, is 87% occupied by tenants including Tenaris and Morgan Stanley. Marty Hogan and Dan Miller of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP represented KBS Real Estate Investment Trust in the sale. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
