NEW YORK CITY-Coco and Toto has inked a 10-year lease with Clinton Housing Development Co. for 1,800 square feet of space at 730 Eleventh Ave. situated between West 51st and West 52nd streets. The lease deal, signed for $60 per square foot, includes 1,500 square feet of basement space.
