NEW YORK CITY-Quilvest has leased 8,600 square feet of space at 527 Madison Ave. for 10 years. Occupancy rate at the tower, situated between East 53rd and East 54th streets, has reached 100% with the Quilvest deal.
Asking rent was $76 per square foot. Quilvest is planning to relocate to the Madison Avenue building by June. Colliers International's Alan Desino represented the tenant, while Cassidy Turley's Peter Occhi and James Frederick represented Mitsui Fudosan America, the landlord, in the deal.
