DAVIS, CA-A commercial real property investment company based in Berkeley has bought a retail center in Davis as part of five-center deal. Read Investments LLC has acquired the Davis Manor property at 1800 E. 8th St. from The Kroger Co.

The shopping center, which measures roughly 25,000 square feet, is fully leased to Dollar Tree and Grocery Outlet. Read Investments bought the five centers for approximately $30 million.
