NEW YORK CITY-Supermarket magnate Ron Burkle is planning to sell his office building located at 430 W. 14th Street. He recently bought the building for a price of $65 million. He has hired Eastdil Secured team comprising Kevin Donner, Adam Spies and Douglas Harmon to market the office property measuring 61,321 square feet. According to real estate people, the property could fetch more than $100 million.
