NEW YORK CITY-The U.S. Postal Service is opening a smaller location on John Street. It has signed a lease for 10 years with Metro Loft Management for 3,500 square feet of space at 116 John St.

The Postal Service will move from Peck Slip to the new location by summer. The asking rent for the John Street space was $100 per square foot. Winick Realty Group negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both the USPS and Metro Loft Management. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
