KANSAS CITY, MO-Hanna Rubber Co. is leaving behind its building at Baltimore Avenue and Truman Road in the Crossroads Arts District to open a new home in Kansas City. The company has signed a lease for 32,000 square feet of space at 908 W. 25th St.
Hanna Rubber will move to the Karbank Real Estate Co.-owned building in April. Whitney Kerr Jr. from Cassidy Turley represented the tenant, while Paul Fogel represented the landlord in-house in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Kansas City Business Journal .
