AUSTIN, TX-The Kucera Cos. has brokered two office leases totaling 46,133 square feet in Austin. Siemens Real Estate has signed a lease for 34,272 square feet of space at 9225 Bee Caves Road and Lumeris Inc. has signed a lease for 11,861 square feet of space at Great Hills Corporate Center at 9050 N. Capital of Texas Highway.
