TOLLESON, AZ-MiTek Industries Inc., an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., is moving from 212 S. 37th St. in Phoenix to W. Lincoln St. in Tolleson. The company has leased 259,200 square feet at 7890 W. Lincoln St. for 10 years.
Merit Partners of Scottsdale is developing the build-to-suit project. FR/CAL 3 Tolleson Buckeye LLC is the owner of the building. Merit is expecting to complete the structure by Q2 2012.
