DENVER-The Opus Development Corp. has revealed plans for a 285-unit apartment community at 1490 Delgany St. Initially, a 4,000-square-foot ground-level retail space will come up on the site.
Opus Development is collaborating with Denver-based Amstar on the new multifamily development. Denver-based Urban Market Partners is the cod-developer. The apartment complex will be constructed by Opus Design-Build LLC. Urban Market and Opus are planning to start construction in spring. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
