PHILADELPHIA-The capital markets group at Cassidy Turley has brokered the sale of a bulk distribution center in Sadsbury Township, Pennsylvania. BPG Properties Ltd. has sold the 314,521-square-foot building to New York City-based AREA Properties Partners for an amount of $16.2 million.
