RALEIGH, NC-An investor group based in Raleigh has sold Lexington Farms, a 188-unit apartment community in west Raleigh, for $13.65 million. Church Street Partners acquired the apartment complex after obtaining a $10.92-million mortgage loan.
The loan was provided by Fannie Mae. Lexington Farms, constructed in 1987, is located at the junction of Glen Eden Drive and Edwards Mill Road in Raleigh.
