FAYETTEVILLE, AR-Sterling University Housing and Specialized Real Estate Group have partnered to develop two student housing projects near the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville campus. The two communities will contain 1,232 bedrooms.
The city of Fayetteville approved the development in December 2011. The project will be carried out in two phases. The first phase of the project is scheduled to start in spring this year and the second phase will be opened by 2014-15 academic year. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
