
NEW YORK CITY-A real estate investment firm has completed the acquisition of an industrial building near the new Barclays Center sports arena site in Brooklyn. Waterbridge Capital has bought the 40,000-square-foot building at 700 Atlantic Ave. for approximately $7 million.
Waterbridge is planning to transform the industrial facility into a retail center. The Atlantic Avenue property was previously occupied by a manufacturer. The site is situated within the second phase of the Atlantic Yards development. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
