WASHINGTON, DC-CSG Urban Partners and Trammell Crow Cos. have obtained approval for the redevelopment of the St. Matthews property situated on the Southwest waterfront of DC. The developers are working with architect Shalom Baranes on the redevelopment of the church site to include an apartment complex.

The 220-unit apartment project will come up at the corner of Delaware Avenue SW and M Street and the apartments will be open to all, including non-church members. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
