MIAMISBURG, OH-A high-profile office building in Miamisburg has changed hands. Kettering Health Network has bought One Prestige Place, a 126,000-square-foot building, for $4.05 million.
The company will consolidate its support offices spread across the Dayton area into the Miamisburg building, also called the Dayco Building. The deal was completed at the end of January. The building was sold by Dayton-based Miller-Valentine Group. It is 40% leased to 13 tenants including Surdyk Dowd & Turner Co. and Buchanan Technologies.
