NEW YORK CITY-A gold dealer, currently located at 90 Broad St., is purchasing an office condominium in Manhattan. Manfra, Tordella & Brookes Inc. is in negotiations with Extell Development to purchase over 10,000 square feet of space and another 2,500 square feet of space at the International Gem Tower, a 34-story tower on West 47th Street.
