NASHVILLE-An Atlanta firm has bought a 226-room hotel at 1901 West End Ave. in Nashville. Noble Investment Group has paid $27.5 million for the Courtyard hotel.
As reported by Davidson County property records, Noble has bought the hotel for more than $121,600 per room. TIC Nashville MC 1 LLC was the seller of the property, which earlier changed hands in 2006 for $29.3 million. Noble also controls the Marriott situated on Cool Springs Boulevard in Franklin.
