VISTA, CA-SR Commercial has bought a vacant freestanding industrial facility in Vista. The industrial building, which measures 39,672 square feet, is located at 2390 Oak Ridge Way.
SR Commercial is currently upgrading and renovating the building. The company is planning to lease the facility, constructed in 2000, as a corporate headquarters.
