MINNEAPOLIS-CPM Development is planning to construct a student housing and retail property on a two-acre site near the campus of the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. The site currently houses an Arby's restaurant.
According to Finance & Commerce, CPM will construct student housing on top floors and retail on the first floor. Andrews Inc. is the current owner of the property, which is situated within two blocks of three student apartment project that are currently under construction.
