NEW YORK CITY-Acne Studios, a fashion-forward clothier, has inked a 3,000-square-foot lease at 33 Greene Street. The lease, which also comprises a 1,200-square-foot storage basement, runs for 10 years. Jonas and Ursula Hegewisch is the landlord of the building located at the end of Grand Street. In the deal, Robert K. Futterman & Associates brokered for the landlord, while Isaacs and Co. brokered for the tenant.
