CINCINNATI-Baker Storey McDonald Properties, headquartered in Nashville, has acquired two properties in Ohio and Kentucky for $4.8 million. The company purchased a Kroger-anchored, 53,989-square-foot retail center in Winchester, Kentucky for $3.8 million and a former National City Bank office in Cincinnati for $1 million.

BSM has plans to transform the 6,200-square-foot property in Cincinnati into a shopping center. B&T Bank has provided financing for the Cincinnati project and Protective Life Insurance Co. has provided financing for the Winchester deal. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
