NEW YORK CITY-Bilinguals Inc. has inked a 15,400-square-foot lease at 7000 Austin Street in Forest Hills. The lease runs for 12 years. Asking rent for the second-floor space was $35 per square foot. Muss Development is the landlord of the Barnes & Noble-anchored building spanning 80,000 square feet.
