WASHINGTON, DC-Clarion Partners LLC is planning to spend $32 million to renovate Chevy Chase Pavilion, an upscale shopping mall in Northwest DC. The New York-based investment manager will add The Civil Lounge from W. Curtist Draper Tobacconist and Range from Bryan Voltaggio.
The center features 210,000 square feet of office space, 154,000 square feet of retail and a hotel. Clarion Partners is starting construction this month and is expecting to complete the work by September. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
