ESCONDIDO, CA-A $42-million apartment project will be opened to residents in Escondido in late April. Suzanne Madallon, a marketing official for developer Lyon Communities, said that Latitude 33, the 198-unit apartment complex, will be filled quickly.
Latitude 33 has two separate communities, namely Midrise and The Towns. The Midrise community comprises 27 one-bedroom and 55 two-bedroom apartments along Centre City Parkway and The Towns comprises 81 two-bedroom and 35 three-bedroom apartments along Washington Avenue and Escondido Boulevard.
