BALTIMORE-A retail center in Harford County will reach the auction block on March 13. Alex Cooper Auctioneers will auction the Fallston Mall Shopping Center at the Circuit Court for Harford County.
Asking price for the 85,000-square-foot center, located just south of Perry Hall, will start at $100,000. Tenants in the shopping center include Acme Supermarket, Madison Square Federal Savings Bank and CVS Pharmacy. The M&T Bank assumed control over the property a couple months ago.
