CHARLOTTE, NC-Towson, Maryland-based NAI KLNB Retail Investment Sales has completed the sale of two retail centers in North Carolina. New York-based GA-FCU Management LLC has purchased Roseboro Center, a 36,000-square-foot property in Roseboro, and Mountain View Shopping Center, a 43,550-square-foot property in Hickory, from Dreamy Hollow Apartments Co.
GA-FCU paid $2.8 million for the two shopping centers. NAI Piedmont Triad and NAI KLNB Retail Investment Sales represented Dreamy Hollow Apartments in the deal. NAI KLNB procured GA-FCU. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
