NEW YORK CITY-The Council for Aid to Education has doubled its leasing space at 215 Lexington Avenue. The nonprofit organization has inked a 10-year lease for 8,117 square feet or the entire 16th floor of the 341,277-square-foot tower located between East 32nd and East 33rd streets. At present, it occupies the whole 21st floor of the building. Asking rent for the space was $45 per square foot.
